I am a true beginner so i may need to be spoon fed on building one. I was either going for a live actor kit that i have seen on the net and make my own chair or a dummy setup but step by step instructions would be great. Thanks for all your guys help.

Just type Electric Chair in the search feature at the top right side of your screen. You'll come up with plenty to look at.

I did come across a thread with a link to a PDF file of an awesome set of plans that Create2Scare made.
    Check it out.

This isn't a easy task if this is your first pneumatic but I will offer you some pointers.

If you want the prop in the chair to move I would mount a cylinder behind the chair with one of the following hardware opitons.

Jam nut - Make sure the cylinder is either nose mount or universal. I use universal because you can jam nut each end.

Rod clevis and pivot brackets - Make sure it is universal.

    Mounting brackets - Universal again

To make the prop vibrate you can put a orbital sander on the bottom of the chair. I would only use this if you want people to sit in it. Remove the sandpaper from it of course.

You should look into a prop controller to set the prop to a routine. I have wireless triggers that work great for 12v controllers. You can also manually actuate the cylinder because it has a built in 120v relay.
