I just built this for my garage haunt. I still need to order the solenoind and build prop behind it(hissing cobra & strobe light).

maybe put a mirror or something to attract attention on the front side then it drops!

There will be snake hieroglyphics on the front of the pannel. I am doing a pharaoh's tomb theme.

Heh, you could make an egyptian styled eye and have the pupil drop down to reveal the cobra.

What size cylinder is that and where did you get it?

1" bore x 12" stroke. I got it off ebay. $20

Paint is done. This is what the drop panel looks like under a black light. I still have to do a little more pneumatic work, but almost done.
