This year we are doing an alien invasion theme, we thought tons of lights and panels flashing away as a background effect.
I went to the scrap yard, and picked up the door of a power conversion station, it was covered with lights, and switches. i wanted them all to flash so i built a quick circuit to address 14 lights and 2 panel meters. It can be reprogrammed to flash anyway wanted.
I used a pic18f2550, and two uln2803 chips.

Thats cool ! I like the alien theme.. Looks like having a couple of the lights blinking would be a good thing.

ok, how about just awesome
Its a tiny computer similar to the ones used in stand alone prop controllers, used to turn lights on and off.
Im gonna post a second video when i get off work, i got the panel meters working correctly late last night, so that i could sleep and not dream of why they were not doing what they were suppose to
