i used a computer to record the sound and i noticed that a took me a few time to do it. I had the volume turned down on the computer and that affected the loudness of the sound coming out of the pico. but i also use some cheap computer ac speakers

yep, the other options is to use i believe its 10 watt speaker(s) that go in the back 2 right slots on the right jack and turn the volume up on the little screw that is in between the input and output sound jacks

My older picoboo I use power computer speakers on. Just plug them into the audio out on the picoboo. When the speaker is plugged into an outlet via tis power cord it give them pretty good volume. You have to get the sound recorded jsut right on the picoboo also. Too loud of a recordiing will distort the sound but too low and you wont be able to turn the speakers up enough. I always record the sound onto the picoboo as loud as I can with out the distortion. Takes several tries. Also the older picoboos are not mp3 quality so.... its not fantastic sound but for the money its pretty good. I'd love to get one of the new ones that have the built in amp....

If I build it, will they come ?
