I recently redid my kitchen floor and it just so happened that the builder attached the linoleum onto luwon and then stapled that down; so what else is a haunter to do but salvage as much as possible!! Luckily the builder was cheap on the glue and I got a lot of luwon! I used some pressure treated strips to tie it together~here is one in progress and I have enough left for another one!! Still have to tie the sides together and do some faux weathering to it~

My graveyard with its lone 3 year old toe pincher will finally have some other corpse keepers lying around it!

Careful though that luan is some pretty brittle stuff.

Thanks for comments! I know the luan is brittle but it is also light weight, a big plus considering I have to lift it over my head to put it up above the garage for storage-through a small access hole at that! Looks like I have enough for 3 toe pinchers so I'm pleased as punch as they say!!

The other day while I was turned around to grab a screwdriver my youngest, 3 yr old Samantha, decided to climb in and take the coffin for a test drive~

Looks good! I'm with everyone else - you can never have too many coffins!

Awesome coffin. LOve it. Also nice to see your daughter getting the spirit already.

WIP shot~used some stained rags (used for staining kitchen cabinets a few weeks ago, which I further stained using a red paint/orange paint/water mix) and lined the inside of the toe pincher with them; still got a lot of playing around to do before my first toe pincher is ready for its Halloween debut~
