We have a santa that we put a red light in to make it more dim. You could maybe do something to to the eyes/brow area to make him more menacing. Perhaps tinge his skin green and "distress" his clothes areas to make him a zombie santa.. or a goblin santa. Or maybe even "Tim Burton" him out and paint his face white and black like jack the pumpkin king. Just some ideas... Blow mold santas can be really creepy on thier own imho.

You sell or trade him so you can buy more Halloween supplies, of course! Some of those Santas are worth good money, others not so much, so it's well worth investigating what you have.

I love that image (and your way of thinking), Dutchess

I agree with Scatterbrains. You don't have to use Lock, Shock, and Barrel; I'd think that your own creations or store-bought creatures surrounding him could work just as well, scarey

Those are great blow molds! Before you zombie Santa think "resale" Santa could possibly net you close to $50.00 and closer to Christmas mabye $75.00 on ebay for a collector looking for that particular one. You could also craigslist him and make haunt cash. I have about 150 plus blow molds and buy and sell them myself quit a bit. I think hes made by Union or TPI I am not too sure but he has a unique look so may sell well. His maker would be imprinted into the mold on the base of him somewhere to help figure his value.
Or if you want to keep him go for it, black bag him throw him in a claw foot tub and feed him to Oogie!!

If you do the "Nightmare before Xmas" theme, you could have him in Oogie-Boogie's lair, maybe strung upside down by chains. That way you get the full effect but still keep him intact for possible resale (as Mr. Gris, mentions above, you can get good money for him on eBay or even Craigslist around Xmas.)
