Looks great! I always cheat and use a Styrofoam mannequin face, but from the picture your ghost looks smaller than a full size person, so that may not work! Maybe make a shroud out of cheese cloth and give the face a cloak and possibly add LED lights for the eyes.. that may be enough!

I'd get rid of those nice clean edges. Do some snipping, tearing and pulling
I did that with my tree hanging ghoul thingy and it improved the looks of it a lot!

that looks great! I think just some big black or dark green eyes would suffice instead of an entire face. And I agree with crunch - shred the edges some!
