The Pico Boo supplies the 12Volt for the PIR. Just get a PIR from Frightprops.

I use alot of hauntmaster products on my stuff and I love them. Very easy to use. I also got A nerve center for my pneumatic zombie from monster guts and that thing is awesome.

Really trying to understand your question.....What are you using as a solenoid. What are you using to trigger the solenoid?.A simple mat switch running to a 12 vdc relay that when enegerized will send 110vac to the solenoid would work well...

pico boo runs into a wall outlet. solenoid runs into the pico boo along withthe trigger. thats how it functions but the pir sensor on fright props said not for ac use only for dc so i wanted to know if my picobo 110ac could use that sensor.

DC and VDC is essentially the same thing - 12 volts DC or 12VDC. Some writers spell it out, some abbreviate!

The picoboo PIR works on all of their products.
Hauntmaster is Jim Kadel, a long time haunter who makes great analog style prop controllers and other neat stuff. I use several of his products successfully. He also gives great customer service.

    From their web site:

Use with these FrightProps products (or your own devices):
    All BooBox and picoBOO controllers
    Simple Prop Timer
    BooTunes MP3 Player
Also works with other manufacturer's controllers that accept contact closure for trigger. Requires 12v DC power to operate (FrightProps products provide this, others’ may not)
