Can anyone tell me what you are using for teeth or material used to make fake teeth?? I have several talking skulls I have hacked and want to give them a sprucing up.

Call a dental school and ask them for some. Or, ask if one of them will buy you some (assuming their school store is proprietary for their students). Should cost a buck or two a tooth.
Some free ideas:
While you're making your own, talk to your neighborhood dentist and ask for teeth he pulls out, or about old dentures or tooth implants that are the wrong size, etc. The veterinarians, too. Cat and dog teeth can be a little scary. And horse or cow teeth ...
Print off a little 1/3 sheet note explaining what you're doing and ask that the dentist or veterinarian ask patients if you can have their teeth. I would include a jar, too, and ask the doctor about a disinfecting solution, since you will have blood and tissue on the teeth. There might be a legal complication there.
Ask about molds for implants, or teeth that come out flawed or otherwise wrong. What happens to them?
Hell, ask the zoo and maybe you can get hippo teeth or something.
Put an ad on craigslist asking for old dentures and teeth. I have not found any by looking in for sale, but who knows what you get if you ask for it? I did find a request for dentures in Detroit, so you won't be alone :-)

Here's an etsy sale. She says she has more, and it looks like it was cheap.

Um, sorry. That post was from 2009. Here's one selling coyote teeth that's current. Hell of a long link, though.

I squirt hot glue into a tooth-shaped mold. The cavity is carved (used a Dremel) into a small block of Delrin. Dunk the mold into ice water for a few secs to cool it down and pop out the tooth. The mold has 4 different shapes, and they're easy to carve if needed. I coat them with a pearl-colored nail polish to finish them off.
I...have many names...

Thanks everyone for some great ideas. Bl00d, I had to giggle at the peanuts. Not at using them but at the thought. There is a lot of squirrels around.

Here's a great tutorial from Devil's Chariot using polymer clay.
Polymer Clay Teeth = Easy & Glow in the Dark!
I use the translucent Sculpey and stain them with some watered down black or brown paint.I'm all that's left of a bizarre childhood.......

Nothing beats the real thing!
Talk to your dentist.
I asked mine last week, and have a disgusting bottle of teeth already (approx 20)
