Hey everyone,
I saw this prop on the popular items and it is pretty cool. I ws thinking of getting it because of the flat rate shipping and also because i think it would look great becasue of its size anyone have this prop perhaps can tell me how they like it and if its worth it. Ive seen a few accesoryies for foggers but this is pretty cool with the head roatation. Ill post the link here:

p.s:
im also wondering if it will be a good outdoor prop?
Thanks,
Chris

Spirit sells the same thing, just a slightly different look:

The one on halloweenasylum looks much better.
So here's the lowdown:
It's on an UNGODLY FLIMSY plastic frame. Like, I attached the head, and hoped the whole thing didnt collapse. And that was after I hot-glue'd the whole thing together. The hands just velcro to the empty sleeves, there's no arm support - place the arms poorly and they look like limp bags. The shoulders are crappy too, but on that one with the head shroud it's less visible.
The head swivels back and forth slowly. Good, smooth motion, and its quiet as hell.
I'll post a video later of mine (I modified it to spew black bile instead of fog).
It's a cool looking prop. It's just really cheaply made. For indoor use - tho I put mine outside by enclosing the motor setup in a plastic bag. Worked last season no worries.
For $67 its a bit pricey. I got mine for $60 - the standard 20% off coupon. I ripped the young-hitler hair off mine and painted the eyes and teeth to improve its looks. Turned out well. I'll post the video lateron.
Edit: Had the video on my phone, here's a link:

Yes some other reviews said the frame was alittle cheap but i plan to upgrade it alittle bit and i figured id have to isolate the mechanism and motor if its outdoor.. i think im gonna go with it!
Love your mod with the bile. howd you do that? is it the same mechanism if you were to make a vomiting guy or something?Lost Souls Cemetery and Asylum

As for weatherproofing the motor, I stretched a 1 qt ziplock bag around the motor, open side down, and it survived the season last year just fine.
As for modding it, instead of the fog tube in the mouth, I replaced it with some vinyl tubing hooked up to a pond pump. Pump was in a resivoir (a paint tray liner) in a hole in the ground in front of the prop to catch and recycle the bile (water colored with black and green acrylic paint). A small little hill of the grass I dug up for the resivoir effectively hid the pool.

Really the frame is that weak? youd think they design something alittle more durable. I might as well build one myself lol?
