Well, it has begun .... my first prop of 2011. I wanted to make something with all of my left overs and set my budget as $0. This is what I came up with.

Tombstone is from a UPS delivery at my business
The eyes are from a hedge monster that I hacked for another display I'm building
The bats are ones I hung on our street sign
The bones are from a bag of bones I bought last year for another tombstone.
The moss, well I have a ton of that
The motor is my spare I have on hand in case one of my others die
The letters are left overs from another project
The plywood is a scrap piece

I also put in two eyes and a gold coin as a joke. If you look down closely, there will be two eyes looking up at you. The coin, no reason.



Here is a video of it in action. The black wire doesn't stand out as much against the ground. I'm pretty happy, it cost me nothing.

That's a great stone! The bats slowly circling and the eyes staring are really cool.

Love the shadow of the bats on that tombstone prop!
