Does anyone know anything about this stuff?

Say you want to make footballs? How many do you think you could make from a gallons worth of this stuff? (Not wanting to sound too dumb lol)
What is the math equation to find out? Does anyone know?

That is a Smooth-On product. I have used several of their foams and really love how consistant their products are. Here is a direct link for more detailed information.

Very cool Frightprops carries it. Hope that helps a bit.

Well I'm curious to see how far a gallon of that stuff would go and what kind to get for prop building. Any info/advice?

I would call up smooth on or email them. Ive conversed with the staff in the past because I was looking into mold making and even though they have numerous free videos and tutorials they took the time to patiently answer my questions to my satisfaction.
Im surprised frightprops is able to sell it cheaper than the source, youd think being a middle man they would have a bigger markup but they are cheaper, I didnt look into the shipping quotes though.
Just call up a smooth on CS or email them, they will help answer your question about how much for your needs.

I had planned on doing that. I just thought I would try to get a general census from the peeps on here, first. Thank you all for answering.

The site says that it expands to 15 times its original volumn... unless you buy the 2nd type and it doesnt expand as much. So I would think that the first one come in a trial size of 1 pint and 1 quart. Then mixed it would equal 5 pints.. When expanded it would be 75 pints..
Does this seem correct? Thats what I take from the description they give.
