This year's yard haunt will be themed as a haunted hotel, so I figured I should make a sign for it. It's animated, and switches from displaying "The Grande Admiral Hotel" to "The Dead Hotel". It uses a PicoBoo JR to control the lights.

Thanks! I've made a couple signs out of foam before, but this was my first time making one out of wood. One good thing about it is that it is much more durable than foam sheets, but it is also much heavier. I wanted to hang it above the front door, but it's probably too heavy, so I'll somehow make it look like it fell and crashed there.
