You must fill the water tank on the cauldron fully. If the mister noes not detect water over it, it will turn off (otherwise it would burn itself) check that you've plugged both the AC adapters you were given in the package and check that the cauldron is pluged correctly to the wire that comes out of the witch. Thanks. I already tried all the obvious fixes. I had already done a lot of research online looking for an answer. I am trying to find someone who actually found a way to fix it. I think it is the AC adapter, but the one that came with the witch has a very unique plug on it (where it attaches to the unit). I don't know how to find a replacement for it as we all know Gemmy does not carry replacement parts for their products.
