Like it, good choice. Maybe in the coloring of the letters make E a little dif from the word state to play on the entire "Estate of unrest" to also read as "state of unrest".......just a thought

You could use lighting with blue & red paint & blue to red bulbs fade to show the name "Estate of unrest" then it color fades so that it hauntingly turns into " state of unrest" with blood stains showing......

syfy had s show called estate of panic. If it was for a cemetery you could calle it final unresting place or eternal unrest cemetery
