I have a fog machine that has an Antari SP-35A pump, and I recently disassembled, cleaned, and reassembled it and everything went well. This pump happens to have an adjustable screw with locking nut at its base. I believe this adjusts how much fluid flows through the pump but I'm not sure.

So, does this adjust the amount of fluid flowing through the pump? But more importantly, how do I adjust this correctly for machine (assuming of course it needs to be adjusted)?

    I have the same pump.

When I had the pump out and tested it, I did not find that the screw had much effect. The other brass screw has much more effect on volume. Of course it is the real heart of the pump. I bet you had fun with those tiny springs and little nylon plugs.
