Can anyone tell me where you can buy fluorescent paints. I know there really expensive. Can anyone tell me of the cheapest place to find them. I'm talking about paint that you can see under normal light and under black light. Like to colors are more vibrant under black light.

Walmart sells it in their crafts section. They are in little bottles... can get them for like a buck each. I'd buy several different colors and do some testing on some scratch wood to see what glows the most. Also, you may have you use Gesso to prime the surface to assure the brightest glow possible.
