Now that I have your attention. I'm working on a zombie/corpse head. I started with a standard styrofoam wig head and proceeded to corpsify (is that a word?) it. Now I'm working on the teeth. I have some paper clay and kind of squished it around into a tooth-shape-ish form. Once dried, how would you recommend I attach it? Drill a hole into the jaw and epoxy it? Glue it on the front of the jaw?

Well, I would suggest using a hot glue gun to put each tooth on. Hot glue can also make a nice gum line over and between the teeth and takes paint well.

Someone in the forum made teeth out of globes of hot glue itself by rolling with fingers and making a point at the top that could be stuck into the gum line.

Nice thing about a corpse, even "Mistakes" look good.....after all it's a dead guy!

Mad Mark is right about even so-called mistakes looking good. I think there are some less potent adhesives than epoxy that might make the project more pleasurable. You could set them into a hole, or, glue it to the front....either way since once its done and in spook lighting you wont notice a difference. Chisel out a bit of the styrofoam, set them into it too. Try different ways to make them look all messed up. Just have fun, no worries! If you want total realism..print out some skull photos ( and other props you admire) and keep them handy.

Thanks for the advice, though I've decided not to go with the teeth. Too much of a hassle to try and get the teeth to fit to the scale I want. I figure that since the other half of the head still has the skin and lips that the other teeth will just be implied.

    Thanks for the help though.
