    Hey Everyone.

I thought id post an early progress shot of this guy... he began to look like a mummy, so thats what he's called for now. This is water clay, intended to be a latex 1/2 mask. I think I might do something full size with one of these. I've got a bunch of gauze here with his name on it. This is still pretty early on, without any real detail or textures, as I thought I might just get some feedback on the basic form before I put the fun stuff in. I'm finding water clay to be kind of tricky to get fine detail into as it is quite soft, and little lines tend to wash out easy when brushed. Im gonna try a blow dryer ( thanks Jordu!) and see if it helps with this one.

    Thanks for looking!

Hey Terra, Ive never used Paperclay, so i'm not exacty sure how to compare the 2. Wed is just a water based modeling clay though. Its very inexpensive. I bought 50lbs for 13 bucks, but If you have to ship it, that would hurt a bit.
