I'm considering options for this year, Pirates were my First choice(_ I've never done that personally)... But how About an old west theme? would that "trip yer triggers? "._ I remember a few Posts and such in the Past but Can't recall who had done it...

tons of stuff at dollars store for starting off with projects. you would have the advantage over other themes. mostly everything is readily available, for an inexpensive price to hack and make into what you need. jeans, long jackets, hats, bandannas are all cheap too. old wagon can be made with skeleton horses. barrels, with trash can traumas, foam facades can be quickly made wood grain and paint are simple to do.

Yes I remember on forumer here that made a "ghost town" inside they're garage with a few buildings using i believe pallet pieces & it looked ubber cool. Another did a haunted mineshaft - awesome.
Pirates pretty cool, but the western ghost town / mine seems not done to "death' yet. Nice as you can still have a graveyard & grave grabbers, just westerned
When you look in the mirror at midnight,....what looks back at you.........

I agree with the pallet idea. I picked up around 30 for FREEEEE and have torn about half apart to build a run down shack. It takes some work but it looks cool when its done!
