As always there is so much inspiration here on the forum. I was lucky enough to acquire 2 full size free mannequins. I was truly inspired by Huggybears full size werewolf. I want to take 1 of the mannequins and make a werewolf. The arms are movable and I want to leave them that way for different arm posing positions. My dilemma is what can I use to build up the head and shoulder area and add muscle so I can sculpt the wolf head etc. ? What will adhere to the smooth body of the mannequin? I have the celluclay, paper clay etc I can use but that would be really thick and heavy after the build up
Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated.

Try chicken wire, foam and duct tape. Duct tape will stick to anything

Those 2 have perfect zombie poses! I love free stuff!
Chicken wire first ( to bulk the torso.) attach it with duct tape as stated above.. A layer or 2 of papermache to close up the mesh and make it smooth and solid. Then just sculpt in the final detail features like Muscles, bumps, whatever, with the celluclay..? Dont add too much and it should dry pretty light . Just a suggestion.

Aluminum foil! its great for building up muscle shapes and form. simply crumple it the way you want then mache over it. Wad the foil and tape it down.
