I've used these to flash Rudolph's nose for that other holiday and they're only $2.11 each but they do flash more quickly.

deoblo, The flasher you first posted works ok but keep this in mind. Depending on your load will depend on whether it will work or not.
These heat up and then flicker.
If you use them for say a regular 60 watt light to simulate lightning, Great!!!
LED lights, NO!! As led light do not pull any load, will not heat up the flicker unit.
