Thread: does gemmy ever respone to your emails?

They never respond to mine and i tried emailing them about 10 times and having no luck and called the number but its a pre recorder line with help and tips with no live people. does gemmy repair thier animated props like the life size ones

I got a response once and all they said was "you're item is out of warranty and we cannot help you". I'm not a fan of their customer service approach. I just wanted a Tech answer and to see if I could buy a new power supply or a board.

I must be the lucky one then... I needed a power supply for a prop I bought at a yard sale. They gave me the model number, price and an address to send the order to with my first email request.

Wow, I even said please.

I was another lucky one. They answered all my emails and sent me a replacement free of charge for an out of warranty sports animated dog. They actually sent the wrong team dog back to me and when I emailed them about it they told me to keep it and sent the correct dog. Someone offered $25 bucks for the wrong dog so I will never complain about thier customer service!

I was hoping I had kept her emails so you could maybe get the same woman I spoke to but no luck
