    I am looking to add a life size robot prop to my Haunt.No electronics needed.It will have speakers and a CD player inside.Any Ideas,suggestions,plans are most
    appreciated.For my Haunt at the Sacramento zoo I had Frankenstein,wolfman,
    dracula and the mummy,all life size and homemade.Now I want to add a robot.Thanks

    You should make a scary looking "Plex the magic robot" from Yo Gabba Gabba. He could even open his compartment and have one of the other characters heads inside, or even DJ Lance's head smiling. His arms are already made from dryer tubing, so it shouldnt be too difficult. Just a rusted out, scary, old looking Plex would be really cool!

    I would piggyback on your idea, but my daughter would freak out

    Thanks for the reply.I think what I am going to do is rivet some aluminum
    together and will use some metal ducting.Iam going to send away for a builder kit for cylon motion eye.If it turns out well I will post pictures.

    I always thought that Maxamillian from "the black hole" had a great look, perhaps a mix of him and general grevious would be a cool combo.

    Check out Jordu Schell's website. In his mask section he did a really cool looking robot head. That would also be good to pull some inspiration from. Its a really evil/mechanical/ nuts and boltsy type of thing.
