Thread: Pointless mini-skull corpsing?

On my recent exploration of molding dollar store finds ( the first pic is a mold), I tried out a stupid little plastic skull. Now I have a bunch of stupid little plaster skulls collecting dust. Well, I tried corpsing one.

Pointless? Absolutely...
Scary? nope.
Will I do another one? Probably not.
What do I do with the blanks? Heck if I know. Do you?

Mini shrunken heads?
Finials for fence posts?
Top of a walking stick/cane?

Or string them together for a voodoo necklace.

Chop these are great.. I would make voodoo dolls out of them.... In fact, as soon as I saw them I thought,, man, all you need is to attach some kind of body... There are so many ideas for a body too. You could use craft wire and then aluminum foil, so it would be posable.. You could just use sticks with some kind of raggedy ripped rags for clothing. You could wrap sticks in cloth and stuff it with straw...So many options.......For example...Here is one of mine... I can't wait to see what you do with these...

If you play golf, try corpsing one of those animal or people head covers. Nice conversation starter.

Thats why I dig this forum...so many people sharing their creativity instead of just trying to make a buck! ^^Awesome ideas up there...their all good.

*A voodoo necklace will probably happen, as thats my hope for next year. A full size voodoo priest is the focus.

* a doll is also possible...a voodoo priest would probably have a doll or 2 close by, right?

I was picturing almost like a curtain, or scrim kinda thing. You know with vines, and skulls, and snakes, and skulls, and machine guns (just seeing if you are still paying attention).

If you are doing a voodo priest, what about the top of his voodo staff?
