I am looking for a step by step tutorial on making a talking skull for under $100

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Do a search for "3-axis" on this site - you'll find lots of info.

$100 ???? There is more than $100 in servos alone in that skull. 6 to be exact. Then you have the hardware, skull, control board and software. I think the Cowlacious solution may be your answer, but that is talking only. The head movement and eye movement costs bucks. Not trying to be a downer here, but you need to be realistic on your budget as compared to your expectations.

Spinman1949 speaks the truth. I didn't want to be the one to burst the $100 bubble, but there's a reason that 3-axis skulls cost $$.

I can testify to the voracity of the above statement as evidenced by the sound of the wind blowing through my empty wallet.
