here is a picture of my hearse with animated driver. He has a 3 axis head and pnuematic arms. The rear of the hearse also has a talking skelly and rear door opens. Took some video and am editing it to post at a later date. Next year I will add an animated horse skelleton.

Nice! Do you have a video of him in action? When you do your horse, it would be great if you could take some pics and post your progress as you build it.

Very kool. I was thinking of buliding such a prop, but it would need to funtion for performance.
