TCT is coming along pretty nice, thats for the help folks!!!!

Now I'm redoing an old bucky that sat in a chair and talked. I'd like for him to rise up 90 degrees out of a coffin and talk. The video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AqH4g7F7g1o is exactly what I need just need him to sit all the way up. I have a PM to Scuffy but any other good pics out there?

I'll probably use a U bolt, L bracket and hinge at the base of the spine, but can't picture how to mount the cylinder, unless I go vertical through the bottom of the coffin.

This is similar to the one I'm making - http://evilusions.com/shop/product_i...oducts_id=1052 for my coffin.
I'm building the one in the DC Prop Builders book that is bolted together instead of welded.

Here's a link to the thread for my raising Blucky. I used an air vent motor but the same set up would work for a cylinder.

Zeenon, i could have made him sit up to a full 90 degrees but the cylinder bore and stroke you would need way too restrictive and cumbersome. Through much experimentation, i arrived at the current sit up angle and was quite pleased after all the fussing around.

This is the one I built, based on the DC design. I added the arm movement after this photo was taken. Nice compact design. I'm going to rework this to go in a coffin next year.

One can never have too many skulls!
