If anyone has the life size spirit animatronic props, could you please help me out with getting it back to the down to the small size. I miss placed the instructions and can't lock him down or remove the head.

If it is anything like my butler, the head has a latch mechanism on the back of the neck. Just depress the latch and lift off the head. The prop can then be collapsed by depressing the large button located just between and slightly in front of the feet on the base and applying downward pressure on the shoulders. Once you get it pushed down far enough, it should latch down, at which time you can lay the prop flat and re-insert the 2 locking keys in the openings under the base, just twist them in place to lock the prop in the collapsed position for storage. DO NOT get carried away and start jamming down on the props shoulders to get it to lock if it is being stubborn, these things are basically plastic, and any attempt at force will usually end in broken parts.
