If you mean a fake snow machine in the 'makes paper or chipped ice flakes that accumulate like real snow'... I've no idea.

If you meant the ones with the light that just looks like snow is falling, then here's a couple of online places you can try.
Light Flurries @ Taylor Gifts
Snow Flurry Machine @ Fingerhut
From what it looks like... it's a disco ball in a protective cover, and a weatherproof light source, so you might even be able to jerry-rig something yourself and get the same result.

i am actually looking for the type that looks like a fog machine and you put the "snow juice" in it and it produces fake snow

Or you can make your own it the temperatures get cool enough, but I'm guessing TX not so much.
Ebay is the a good place to start.

the snowman one is cool where would I find one of those... and how much did it cost???
and nope it doesnt get cold enough down here for snow to happen on a regular basis even though we had a few inches last year and I got to build my first actual snowman that was taller than a couple of inches (and I am 27 yrs old)
what would I look under all I ever see when I am searching is the snow plow type of machines that the people a little bit further north uses not the fake snow machines.

The principal is the same as a fog machine. They use bubble juice and the sock on the end makes the bubbles come out very small so it looks like its snowing. We have one we used for Christmas in July. It was a big hit.
Here is a small unit. This won't cover the ground but will give you the effect of snow.
