Hi everyone,
With barely 362 days to go before Halloween, I wanted to get started on my next costume (this one for my husband). We're thinking Baron Samedi, and we want to include a portable voice changer (with a microphone input, and that outputs to small personal speakers hidden in the costume).
We're interested in any ideas you may have, but the real goal is an extremely deep and frightening voice - the kind of sound that sends chills up and down your spine, even if you don't know why it's happening.
Does anyone have any ideas?
PS - we'd LOVE to hear your thoughts on other Samedi ideas as well!

Maybe something like this:

Perhaps you could hack it to incorporate it into the costume."Waiter, there's a hair in my soylent green!"

I appreciate it, but it seems a bit cheap and slightly less functional than I'd hoped. I'm still looking and we have a decent budget for this one, so if anyone has any direct experience with a good 'pro' unit I'd love to hear about it!
