So, I can't remember where I came up with this... It is not original... I don't think... I pour over threads and forums though... and something sparked this idea. My punch bowl is a barfing baby... I use a small fountain pump and a dremel to run tubing... here is the final product...

We have one of those...always a big hit
We change her up every year to go with the theme...first year it was a puking baby, then a puking gothic baby, then a puking zombie baby, then a puking witch....etc
