I've been using this website to convert Youtube files to mp3, it's quick and easy, you don't have to download anything for it:

I just found it today, I've used it for about 8-10 files so far to use for my Halloween party sound effects/music.Zombie Eradication/Disposal Unit (ZEDU) - K-9 Patrol Division
