Thread: Ideas for sound in our pumpkinrot style room

The last room of our haunt is a pumpkin room. The whole thing will be kind of a maze like area of vines... trees.... swampy.... scary pumpkins hanging and a couple pumpkins scarecrows. Then people will come up to an area where there are knives and sharp objects on the wall and a pumpkins "guy" will be carving on a human head.. (kinda like a pay back thing) ANYWAY.. we usualy have different sounds in at least 1/2 of the rooms in our haunt. This one has me stumped though.
Any ideas?

If it's 'swampy', perhaps you could go with a voodoo-like vibe, utilizing some ominous drum beats. Either that, or there is a song called "Living Walls" on Midnight Syndicate's The 13th Hour album that, I feel, could work very well for what you described: YouTube- The 13th Hour Track 22: Living Walls

I'll try to hear that..... for some reason I can play you tube videos! sounds like it could be an option Thanks! I really had no idea what to do in this room.
