Thread: New Evanescence CD this fall

I was just checking out http://www.evanescence.com and they have it posted that they will be releasing a new album this fall!

I can't wait!

Amy Lee is awesome. I heard that someone quit the group, is that true?

I love her version of "Sally's Song" from the "Nightmare Before Christmas Revisited" CD.

Yes that is true, Wednesday I was at best buy and I came across an album "Tear the world down" by "We are the Fallen" it had a sticker on it saying the group included 3 former Evanescence members and a ex-american idol contestant - Carly Smithson.

Which is the reason I checked out the Evanescence web site and discovered a new album was coming out.

Confusing yes.

you can watch their new video, which I do like it but it isn't Evanescence (Amy).

Your right, not bad at all .... your right again, she is no Amy Lee! Too bad they made a great group. The reason I heard for the breakup was they thought that they were gpoing "too commerical"! Oh well, At least i have the old Cd's!

It will be interesting to hear what the new Evanescence cd this fall will sound like, I do love Amy's voice. I hope it is another great album!
