    Ok I am creating a toxic carnival and I want to be able to warp the music I have, but I don't want to buy pro tools for it. I just need to know a cheap way of doing it.

    I used audacity, and it worked great for me. And I'm someone who's pretty computer stupid, so I'm sure you could figure it out in a snap.
