i finally found a decent witch sound file for my flying witches but the wind is ssoooooooo loud in it when we play it on the cd player outside all we hear is the sound of the wind and it is terribly anoying to the ears, can someone help me out try to fade the wind or better yet simply mute it i the track ?

i dont know how to upload or post a sound file here so if you pm me i can maybe send it via email .

thanks in advance for any help

I've been trying to find one too. Let me know if you ever get it figured out.

Apple iMovie has a feature where you can reduce the volume of a track, and you can also use the EQ to reduce the treble or mid ranges, and you can also record 2 tracks at once (wind over music for example, fading in and out). The problem would be exporting the audio only. It should be .aiff and burn it on CD but I don't know how to get just the audio to export. Windows Media player or Quicktime might have similar options, I'm not sure as I've never used those for sound.

Should be easy to bring down the wind.. Probably won't be able to eliminate it completely without affecting the witch, but definitely bring it down a lot.

Email me the file. I'd be glad to see what I can do.
