Hey All, just curious what you guys use to loop your music and sound effects and such. I need to make several cd's, and I don't think I can do it with media player alone, thanks.

Most of us use Audacity as it has a lot of features for sound effect & additional plug-ins, & It's free !! wave pad is a simple one & a few use Goldwave. Iuse wavepad & Audacity. Hope that help ya.

K, I guess this is an audacity question then, how would you set it to automatically loop, and record? I see the loop feature to play it that way but not to record it.(noob alert)

Myself if the file is still in wav form then i loop use MS Sound Recorder. Otherwise i loop with Goldwave. I'm not sure about your recording loop question though.

Usually you record, then loop it as many times as you need to create a long track...
or simply just record it once & set the playback device to replay..........
