i need some music that has not alot of screaming.. no t alot of saws.... just some scary instrumental music... kinda like the second part of this video. YouTube - Dream Scape Studios 2008 Commercial

by the way. one of my friends owns this thing.. he use to have a haunt but moved on to making props..

I would suggest a few things from Nox Arcana, Midnight Syndicate or Type O Negative to name a few.

The music in the 2nd half of that video sounds a little bit "metal-er" than just about anything I listen to. That's the one Halloween-ish genre of music of which I'm not a real big fan. But, you should try out "The Director's Cut" by Fantomas. It's mainly soundtrack music that they turned into metal songs ... since it's largely soundtrack music, there aren't many words.
