Okay, well, I think I have made the decision to go with a pirate theme this year... Last minute for most of you... I haven't even started anything, (I work best with a pressing deadline) but I have a lot of stuff, and will be able to throw it together pretty easily with a lot of stuff I have and a little repurposing.
What I am in need of is some great pirate audio. Preferably some monolog stuff for my 3 axis skulls. I am not a fan of cutesy singing and what not, more of a "spooky," theme, although I don't really intend on being super scary. But I will be using a handful of scare pneumatic props.
I have 2 3axis skulls, that I don't really want to put together, plus enough stuff to slap together a third and possibly fourth if really need be. I also will be doing a video projection on a fog screen. I have an ~ 75ft long walkway that snakes from the road to my porch, which sits ~25 feet above the road. I am thinking the porch will be my "Ship." The walkway will be a typical pirate theme, treasure, wooden shipping boxes and barrels, and a few skeleton in the undead style.
So what are you pirate haunters using for your sounds and monologs?
