i dont really know how to descibe it except say.. it says hello it goes hello (hello-ello- ooo) a echo whisper, it sound like the creatures from the new dont be afraid of the dark movie...

you could use Audacity to add whatever level of echo you want to those....

no its hard explain. its like a duel voice whisper.. like we been waiting for you.. you you and while its saying you repeated you can make out that they are saying the whole line over, i am gonna try to youtube it. and see if i can find a proper name

Sounds like it's a deep echo effect, will give you that or the over-laid it a second or so after the initial whisper......if you can find me an audio example of it. I'll see what I can do.
