DARK LORD'S "De T' siwt Circus" - part 1, an audio adventure at the circus.........

OK, I've been playing with some sounds & mixes for a circus audio walk thru & ended up with a story line for it. Reading the story line 1st then listening to the audio will give you a better idea of what your hearing & how it progresses. This is part 1, the ending give you a clue to part 2 I will be working on soon.
It is long, 30 min, it is what I consider, once part2 is done, a kind of a "Twilight Zone" kind of story....with a twisted ending..........

Feedback welcomed, so sit back with some popcorn, turn down the lights, close your eyes & enjoy a quick night at the circus. ( & careful, those darn clowns are up to something....I know they are..

Dark Lord's "De T' siwt Circus" - part 1
Normal walk-thru circus background sound effects. A collage of sound effects to create & immerse you within the feeling of being at and walking around a circus just before closing. The ending traverses you into part 2, Exiting "De T' siwt Circus" ( "Twisted" backwards ) at midnight, only to enter Twisted Circus, a world of the undead & insane creations of a world in between ours, a world & circus of the Dark side.......& you are the next to become the newest and permanent attraction !!

( Audio sound effects ) Story line ;

It's October 31st, having moved from all those you know, you & your family have finally settled into the new house. A small town, kind of old & creepy, but that's ok you love that type of stuff ! New places to explore, graveyards to cruise around in......but what really sucks is that you had to sell all of your Halloween stuff as there was just not enough room in the moving truck ......... & it doesn't look like you'd get any ToTer's even if you did have your props for a yard haunt. Your all the way down a very long dirt road, in the middle of nowhere........life sucks.........

Nothing to do & your parents are gone for the evening in town.......what to do, life sucks......it's already 9:30 at night & nothing,....life sucks.....just nothing to do.........you wish you weren't there, wish that you could leave this place,..... leave forever.........suddenly there's an abrupt heavy rumbling, the skies darken with ominous & foreboding black & blood red clouds,.......winds begin to blow violently........& then........cease......

A tattered paper flyer blows up to your feet,..... what's this.....? you pick it up & on the front is an advertisement to a circus,..... & tonight's the last night !!
On the bottom it has an "Admit one Free" coupon,...Hmmm that sounds cool. It's getting late though, but I bet you can still make it in time to have a little fun & salvage this Halloween !!

It's not far & your able to just make it in time for the last half hour. As you enter you notice a sign above the gate that says "Welcome to De T' siwT Circus",.... what the hell kind of name is that for a circus,.....must be some old French or Gypsy type carny thing.........whaaaaaat ever -

The ticket taker at the gate mumbles to you that it closes at midnight,....SHARP !
Creepy looking little guy he is, guess that's why he works for a carny.........LoL Your ushered into the main big top for the final show of the night, cool.
You grab a seat up front just as it starts. The clowns are the first, brrrrr, you never did like clowns..........................cool the Lion show is next !!
After that the elephants & horseback riders & jugglers come in........ eh nothing exciting there, think it's time to head out to the midway & check out the rides.......

Lets see, merry-go-round, na,.......okay, the arcade, that's cool....... after some fancy shooting you win a stupid creepy little Cupie doll,...... ok time to head over next to the roller coaster............ Weeeeeeeeeeeeee
That was fun, what's next...........eh what the hell,.....Hall of Mirrors. You get lost in there for several minutes......finally find your way out. It's getting late but you want to go on one last ride !

You run over to the Haunted House ride, ya you know it's corny, but it's something to do before heading home. They are closing down the circus & you plead with the carny guy at the Haunted House ride to let you go on one last ride...... he looks at you with a blank stare, slowly smiles, his stained teeth shine in the full moon light,.......he laughs with an almost hellish, deep sound in his voice & says to you,.....one last ride it is then.............you jump in & he tells you to hold on for your life,...........Ha - Ha,.... Fuuuuunny dude. Yep, pretty corny,....... as it makes it's way thru, slowly makes it's way thru,.......suddenly you have this really creepy feeling, can't quite explain it........sends shivers up your spine, the hair on your arms & the back of your neck become almost electrified with a tingling......... BANG....the doors fly open as the rail car exits ,..........you get out & you hear carnival music & you can hear people but can't see anyone & there's a greenish misty fog blowing thru lightly.......that's odd............kinda freaky.............

As you get off the ride, you ask the creepy carny guy where's the exit. He points towards a dark pathway,....you comment to him that it didn't seem to be the same way you came,......in that creepy hellish laugh he has, tells you that's the only way out........for you !! Whaaat ever dude - later ya freak !

As you walk down the path, it looks a little familiar, there's no one else around,.....it's getting more & more creepy & that weird greenish fog that smells like hell is getting thicker.......... you finally come up to a gate & what looks almost like the same sign you saw when you entered,......but it reads in reverse,.....what does that say............"T..w...i....s.......t.....e..d Circus"............. Holly crap,.... what's that about.....???!!

Just then you hear the sound of an accordion & a monkey...... as you pass thru the gate, you look back & everything is gone,....just pitch black & green smelly fog. As you turn back around, you see something,....someone in very old clothing leaning up against a ticket booth as he is playing the accordion. You ask him were you are & how do you get out..........he slowly lifts his head a bit, not enough to see his face & tells you something...........a greeting......& a warning,....... to the "Twisted Circus" !! As you lurch forward to grab him & ask what the hell is he talking about......he slumps over, the monkey runs away with a bloody banana in it's hand & as you push the old man backwards, he falls over to the side & all that you see is a fleshy torn, blood dripping skeleton, flesh rotted away, maggots & bugs crawling around it's face......................WHAT THE F............

WELCOME TO............... TWISTED CIRCUS !!
