Those are great. I made some Paper Towel and TP roll candles too a few weeks ago. They are great for floating candles, because they are so light weight you can hang them with just a tac.
You are right the imperfections are unnoticeable in the dark.

I want to make some black ones now that I see yours.

Both the black candles at the beginning and Mizerella's white candle are fantastic. It is hard to believe they are just papermache and some tubes. Great work both of you!!

Abzinthia - Nice job on the candles!! I would love to make black candles with red wax. What did you use to paint the orange color?
Mizerella - I NEVER thought about floating candles. What a fantastic idea!!!Is it Halloween yet?

What did you place inside the tube to hold the light flush? I've got a ton of tubes that I've been saving (because I hate cutting PVC) for this particular project, only I stump myself with the inner platform for the light. It's like I think of 50 million ways to do something, then can't make up my mind which one to do, so I "short out" and do nothing.
