Look in the tutorials section. The cardboard tube candles are made in almost the same way as the pvc candles. I've made both kinds and they are super easy once you see how it is done.

The paper towell tube are so light, I bet a small fan blowing from somewhere inconspicious would give them a floating effect.

Plan on making some of these as tomorrow's Halloween project! I will take photos and post for everyone to see. Can't wait for our holiday! It's coming so quickly!
