This is a thread for everyone to post pictures (preferably) and maybe even a brief tutorial as how to create what they've made.
I'm not a big prop builder so i normally stick to crafts, but i'm not even good at that, but hey.
Theres pictures of the Skull Candle i made and just two pages of a spell book which will be permanently open on those pages.
I made the skull by -
Covering a hard plastic skull with foil, then masking tape. I then papier-mached it all over. Cut it in half when it was dry, cellotaped is back together and applied more papier-mache. I used acrylic paint to do the base and then i used a dark brown oil paint to make it look more aged and give the detail. I then just melted a few shavings of wax and stuck the candle to that, then lit it so the wax dripped down.
The spell book was made on Microsoft Publisher and was just printed on coffee/tea stained paper and then i dripped some of the red wax from the candle on it to resemble blood.
So if any of you have recently made something you're particularly proud of, post it!

By the way, i know that you can see the pages have been stuck on, i just haven't got to trimming it.

Mongo, I just love your spell book, you did a fantastic job!:) I just love the wax dripping blood effect, it really adds an authentic look to it:)

Jacks Attic, Awesome Skelly necklaces:), did you paint them yourself, and what is that, that they are created on?

H.Princess, Totally Wicked window shadows, wow!:) And I've gotta ask just like the Scientist did, what technique did you use to create them, they're so real looking.

Oops, I didn't realize I didn't tell everyone how I made the shadows. I got the idea from Martha Stewart's website but went with an even easier method.

I just found old white sheets & cut them to about the size of our windows. I freehand drew the outline of the figure with a black marker them just used black craft paint to completely fill them in. I just pinned them up with push pins behind the blinds. If you leave the light in the room on you get the effect of a shadow.

Those are super cool Herman!!! I love the photoalbum idea!!! I have some friends who love to scrap book. They are always trying to get me to join there little scrapbooking cult. That gives me an idea. I think I might scrapbook an album with those types of pictures and put it out at this years party. I wont say a thing just let them get excited that I actually did an album and then see what they say when they open it:)

Here are a few bottles that I have completed, and a Candle stick holder that I found on clearance at target.

I have more of the rub ons and various other stickers, plus all of the neat ideas I have gotten from this forum for other potion bottles and such, but I am still working on collecting bottles that will give me the look I want.

Here's my latest project. This is the first of many (assuming it sells!). I think it would look awesome on a fortune teller's table or maybe even part of a witch display.

I assembled the pendulum out of some crystal prisms I found at an antique store and a small copper chain. The box is hand painted, distressed, and sealed. I made the images in Photoshop and glued them on the box before sealing it.

Oh Rikki, it's Absolutely Stunning!:) I just love it, every detail, you did a Fantastic job on that pendulum, great choice using the copper too, it's lovely. And that Keepsake box is just divine, the image is gorgeous and fits perfect with the whole concept, you have a great eye for brining together an idea and making it a complete whole. And you did a delightful job painting and distressing the box. I agree 100% it would make a wonderful addition to a Fortune Tellers table or a Witche's theme. Thanks so much for sharing your talent with us.:) It's always a delight to see your projects.:)
