    I got a lot of white plastic bones (I think they used to be attached to a full skeleton) they never really looked old and I'm not that good with paper mache but I found a super easy way to age them.
    I wrapped them in a couple of layers of plastic wrap. (painters plastic) and used a heat gun. The heat ripped the top layer and made crinkles, but it looked good that way. I then spray painted them brown and painted over that with green. 5 minute craft and you have old bones!
