Make your own using Photoshop Elements SUPER EASY picture merge tool. Much less expensive than the overpriced morphing pictures available at Micheal's and prop stores. Just hit some garage sales and pick up a few old picture frames. Design your freaky relatives, print, frame and your done!

I have a bunch of creepy pics all printed out and framed just waiting to be hung up and sit around.

This is a really GREAT tip! Soon as I read it I went to google to get some pics.
    Here is my attempt.

    The original

The scary one I chose to alter with

I have photoshop CS4, so I did it a little differently.
I cut the scary face out, "transformed" the size to fit properly,
overlaid it, and chose "luminosity" for the layer effect. This blended the colors.
I then cut out the eyes of the original and overlaid them on top of the black orbs.
Cut her hair out, and did a little "bride of Frankenstein" tease to it.
All in all.. took about 10 minutes. Could of been less, but I like to play around.

    Here is my result....
I left the original photo studio banner in... thought it added a little more to it.

I think I will definitely do this some more, and maybe try a friend or two as well! Thanks for sharing!

EDIT: Change the pic a few times. Just can't leave well enough alone I guess. ;-P
Here is the black orb eyes with the BRIDE hair!

Thanks for looking. I really had a BLAST making this! Cheers again for the tutorial and idea!

Wooah! Demonic school marm or what. I think she was my grade three teacher. I like the black orbs best, they retain the vintage look. Turned out great Smiter!
You scared the hell out of me....do it again

    @Emjay

Thanks! Glad you liked it. Poor woman. She had noooooooooo idea of what would become of that photo years later!
I can only imagine what some bloke or gal will be doing to my photo a century or so from now! Whew!

Really super fun to do! Might be too late to find cheap frames for this year, but I will start collecting them for sure!

I love it! I use the pictures that I have up around the house. I have printed various favorite monster pics. and cut them to fit over the glass but just tucked inside the frame over the picture. I start to put them up early and see if anyone notices that the Creature from the Black Lagoon has taken the spot where their photo was. The large framed art, I bought some posters and other spooky pictures and they tuck just inside the frame as well. Oh, I cut clear vellum...vellim...? to cover the smaller pictures so they look as if they are behind the glass. Next I have to start painting cracks in all the mirrors.
