You can buy envelopes much more cheaply than gift bags, they come in many sizes & you can use this for anything, not just Halloween. All it'll cost you is the cost of the envelopes, the stamps & the inks. Or you could easily decorate them in other ways, magazine pics, hand draw whatever, it seems so ridiculously easy.
