Hey guys, I need some help. I need a spandex or cotton type shirt that is green neon striped. Long sleeve and all the way to the neck. Just like a t-shirt would be. Maybe even a solid neon green or orange would work to. Any help would be great !! Thanks .

Or try duct tape. It comes in florescent colors.

use masking tape to create lines and use a spray paint
