    Default Costume - 20 Days Out & Still Nothing!!! – 10-10-2010,10:38 PM


    I'm freaking out! I have no clue what to be this year. My husband is going as Alan from the hangover and turning our new baby girl into Carlos complete with baby carrier. I was going to go as a giant chicken but I didn't think people would get it. Plus I'm hosting a party and it's not practical. The only other thing I thought of is Tippy Hedron in the Birds. I'm in all out panic mode. I need something clever.

    Tippy Hedrin would definitely be unique... especially if you put a few black crows on your back...

    Gypsy! Something fairly easy to throw together from a thrift shop! flowy skirt, peasant shirt, scarfs, and lots of jewelry... and practical for moving about the house and hosting!

    How about a Bag lady?

    You can get all you want from thrift stores. If you want a granny wig they also are not expensive.

    Here me in one of latest concoctions as A Bag Lady!

    Thanks everyone for all the great ideas. I woke out of a dead sleep at 2am with the idea. I am going to as the Vampire Hostess with the Mostess Alice Cullen. Black outfit, amber contacts and a black wig. Done. It may seem kinda lame but I am so it suits me. Lol
